Ethan Baxter

In this section of work I had to capture an image showing shape and shadows. I used a whisk in these images as my subject as I feel it brings out the idea of shapes and shadows well in the image. I used a range of angles in the images to show the shadows caused by the whisk. The two images taken on the tiles are photographed showing the whisk standing up. I did this by tying fishing line from the whisk to a higher object so it appears to be standing up on its own. These images were inspired by Andre Kertesz's work 'Fork'.
